Revivopix provides a digital service that transforms static images into animated clips using advanced artificial intelligence (AI). This service is intended for entertainment and nostalgic purposes only. The animations created are AI-generated approximations and may not be 100% identical to the original image.
2. User Responsibilities
2.1 Image Upload and Permission
- You must ensure you own the rights to any image you upload or have obtained explicit permission from the person(s) in the image before using our service.
- You may not upload images of individuals without their consent, except where permitted by law.
- By uploading an image, you confirm that you have the legal authority to use it and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.
2.2 AI-Generated Variations
- The animations produced by our service are created through AI, which means there may be slight discrepancies in facial features, expressions, or movements.
- AI-generated animations depend on computational predictions and may result in slightly different facial structures or expressions compared to the original static image.
- We cannot guarantee a 100% lookalike result due to the nature of AI generation.
3. No Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of the animated clips and the high computational resources required, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.
- Each animation is individually generated, making it impossible to resell or reuse for other customers.
- Once an animation has been created and delivered, the process cannot be undone, and therefore, refunds will not be provided.
- By using our service, you acknowledge and accept that all purchases are non-refundable.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use our service for the following purposes:
- Uploading or processing explicit, offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content without authorisation.
- Creating misleading, defamatory, or unethical representations of individuals.
- Using our service for commercial purposes without prior approval.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, modify, or replicate proprietary technology.

5. Data Handling & Privacy
- Temporary Processing: Uploaded images are stored only for the duration of processing and are automatically deleted once the final animation is delivered.
- No Storage Policy: We do not retain original images or generated animations beyond the processing period.
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect user data.

6. Intellectual Property
- All AI-generated content created through Revivopix remains the intellectual property of the respective user.
- However, by using our service, you grant us a non-exclusive, limited license to process and deliver the final animation.
- We do not claim ownership over your images or generated content.
7. Service Availability & Limitations
- Revivopix is provided as-is without warranties or guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or results.
- We reserve the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
- Our service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
- We do not guarantee that the animations will be free from errors or that they will perfectly resemble the original image.
- Revivopix is not responsible for any personal, emotional, or reputational impact resulting from the AI-generated animations.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revivopix is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
- This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, identity issues, or dissatisfaction with results.

We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
